Join us in this exciting, new class being offered for any new momma wanting to get back to their pre-pregnancy physique! Must be at least 6-8 weeks post delivery to attend.
This fun, no impact, personal group training session is led by Certified Fitness Trainer, Carol Iasimone. Each one hour class will consist of a warm-up, timed workout, cool-down stretch, and Q&A session. The primary focus of these total-body integrated workouts include strength, stability, flexibility, and endurance with the ultimate goal of getting new mommas moving effectively, safely, and with total confidence!!
