We are pleased to offer this class both in person and virtually via Zoom! Choose whichever option works best for you. In person classes will be held at the Healthy Start Coalition located at 1555 Indian River Blvd, Ste B241, Vero Beach, FL 32960. Support persons are encouraged to attend!!  Please dress comfortably. 

Let’s discuss labor and birthing your baby!  Planning and preparation for the big day will alleviate anxiety and contribute to a more positive birth experience. We will highlight signs and symptoms, discuss early and active labor, the important role of a support person, practice breathing, and more.
