Let’s discuss labor and birthing your baby!  Planning and preparation for the big day will alleviate anxiety and contribute to a more positive birth experience. We will highlight signs and symptoms, discuss early and active labor, the important role of a support person, practice breathing, and more.  This is intended to be a 2-part series. 

Support persons are encouraged to attend!!  Please dress comfortably.
