Our prenatal education classes can help you become an informed parent before your baby is even in your arms.
Healthy Start uses the centering approach to our classes. This means that the focus is on your needs and to encourage sharing of knowledge and experiences – we builds bonds between parents that can last a lifetime.
We cover a wide range of topics including pregnancy nutrition, childbirth, coping with stress, babywearing, breastfeeding, infant care, brain development and milestones, infant CPR and post-partum self-care.
These classes are designed to work in conjunction with your prenatal care; one for each trimester and then one post-partum. The goal is to see you four times during your pregnancy and post-partum period.
Healthy Start can provide help to every family, every mother, every baby. If you need more personalized support to become the mother that you want to be, we offer classes in your home that will help you achieve your goals as a mother and beyond.
“Healthy Start is there for you and helps you find the best path for you and your baby.
They care about you from the start.”
