Lace up your running shoes and start getting in shape for the 9th Annual Beachside Half Marathon to benefit Indian River Healthy Start Coalition, which is held on the first Saturday of
the new year in Vero Beach’s Riverside Park, on January 6, 2019. The half marathon will start at 6:45 a.m. followed by a 5k Fun Run (not timed) at 7:00 a.m. and a free Kids Race/Toddler Dash
“What better way to kick off the new year in a healthy way than for Healthy Start,” explained Andrea Berry, MNM, Chief Executive Officer, Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition.
“This event helps us fill the gap in important funding to support education and care to promote the health of moms, babies and their families in Indian River County.”
Stepping up as early sponsors this year are Oceanside Plastic Surgery & MedSpa as the Towel Sponsor and Dyer Auto through the Dyer Difference Award.
Registration fees are $80 before December 15, and $90 after December 15. Beachside Half Marathon premiums include race t-shirt, beach towel, post-race party, finisher medal, cool
